Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
Incorrect VIN, registration number, or vehicle details were submitted at the time of purchase.
The customer decides not to use the report after it has been successfully generated and delivered.
Delays or limitations caused by third-party data providers or external databases beyond our operational control.
As our reports are digital products generated instantly upon request, refunds cannot be granted once the report has been successfully accessed or downloaded, except in cases of verified technical error.
